There is a problem with the Box collaboration invitation email not being received. 
I checked the following sites, and it was not in the Spam/Junk email folder, and there were no problems with the Firewall, Content Filter, or Email Security Policy. I also did not make any typos in the e-mail address.
I am unable to check the suppression list.
Could you please tell me how to deal with this?

This is an issue that occurs when inviting external users.
When I contacted the internal help desk, I was told that they are unable to deal with external users, so I was instructed to contact you instead.
