Invitation but no access

Hi ,

Ive had several invitations to access a particular folder in Box but everytime i click the link i dont have access.

Invitor has rescinded and resent this several times to no avail.

    Welcome to Box Community, and we will help you investigate regarding your collaboration and Box access. 

    It appears that you have deleted your Box account. Note that you need to have access to your Box account to accept the collaboration invitation and if it’s deleted, that means your login is already restricted. 

    Do you want to restore your deleted freemium Box account?
