Dear Team,

 

I am unable to access a file that I was able to access since long time


I am forced to log out and when I try to log in I get an "Invalid login credentials" message.
I have requested a password change but have not received a reply.


The email address I have set up is disabled because was for my old company 


Can someone please help me because i have a lot of important files in my old Box drive ?

If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

 

Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
