Invalid Email Error

When changing a user's email I get the "invalid email" error. Also, there is no way to make a support ticket anymore.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have the same issue - I was advised by my IT department to try deleting my account and setting up a new one (as it wasn’t working for me), but now I receive an error message stating that my work email is invalid (I have created an account using a different email so I could log on and ask for help but I would like to use my work email).
