I downloaded the MacOS app, and when trying to log-in, I received an error message:

There's actually nothing under the error details.

 

I removing the app, restarted my laptop, and reinstalled the app as recommend in another support case, but I have the same result.

  • Please provide your current Box version and Operating System. 

  • Can you get more details and click, "Show Error Details?" Also, please attach a screenshot of your error in the forum.

The Box Drive Version is 2.38.173 and my laptop runs MacOS Sonoma 14.5.  As I mentioned when I opened the ticket, there's nothing under the error details.
