I'm interested in how other organizations encourage the adoption of Box tools. For example, many of my staff think of Box as file storage and i would like to evolve the thinking to see a higher adoption of File Request, Sign, Relay, etc.

Hi 363483589707, thanks for your post and great question. There are lots of ways you can do this but essentially it's about education. Your users first need to be aware that all these features exist and how they can be applied to live use cases. Some customers do this via monthly newsletters (tips and tricks) or via their intranet or posts in tools like Workplace. Others set up a champions network where they leverage their most active users to promote some of the under-used features. You also have access to Box Education resources here, https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/sections/360009151233. I hope this helps but let me know if you need more info

363483589707 welcome, lets discuss more on March 08th, building on what Mark said, a good place to start is sharing some practical examples of problems you have solved/things you have done with Box with your peers, and how you solved them, people are always drawn to solutions for problems they have.

Hi Andy

from day-1 of using Box we deployed Box Tools, Box for Office, Box Notes and Box Drive to all staff using our deployment tools (we are 100% Windows based). Box Tools and Box for Office are mandatory as far as we are concerned.

All staff must complete Box training when they start the business and we have Box's eLearning course as a SCORM package in our LMS.

We haven't yet adopted Box Sign, it is on our list for first half of 2022 to replace DocuSign. Box relay is a little more difficult to adopt through communication, so far we are only using it for invoice approvals.

Almost 100% of our unstructured data is in Box although Microsoft Teams adoption is causing this to be a threat as the Box integration does not give a great user experience/flow.
