We have been experiencing intermittent access to the Box API. Uploads, downloads, and even refreshing the OAuth tokens, sometimes do not work. This is normally not an issue, and has only been going on since August 21, but I wanted to make y'all aware that this is an issue we have been seeing, pretty intermittently.

I am also having to refresh the tokens manually and that should not be happening. Tokens should always refresh. Please assist.
