Integration problem with Practice Panther

I am suddenly getting a notice box saying I need to allow Box to access Box Tools when I try to open a document through Practice Panther.  I haven’t changed any settings as far as I know, and PP says it is a Box problem.  I tried the walkthrough the support tab showed, but it didn’t change.  Any ideas?

Hello,

This usually happens because a recent browser update EZPassMD login added a feature that blocks websites from talking to programs on your computer

the quickest way to fix the local network access issue:

Open your Chrome or Edge browser.

Type or paste this address into the address bar and hit Enter: chrome://settings/content/localNetworkAccess (for Chrome) OR edge://settings/content/localNetworkAccess (for Edge).

Under the "Allowed to connect to any device on your local network" list, click Add.

Add the Box domains to the list. You'll need to enter them one at a time:

[*.]box.com

[*.]box.net

[*.]boxcn.net

[*.]boxcdn.net

[*.]boxenterprise.net

Refresh your PracticePanther page and try to open the document again.

I am using Brave as my browser.  I added these to local network access and it wouldn’t accept [*]box.com as a valid address, so I used box.com and it accepted that, but it still doesn’t work.  I even tried including each of the .net files with www instead of the [*], and that didn’t work either.  Any other suggestions besides going back to Chrome or Edge?
