Insufficient Storage Space

How can this issue be fixed. In one of the shared excel sheets keep getting this message and unable to update the sheet.

Are you the file owner? For your collaborators to continue updating the file. Please make sure that you have available storage space. To do this, please reach out to your primary admin.
