Insufficient Permissions to Sync File

I keep getting this Error for the file "ms-motoroil.jpeg". I can't figure out how to get rid of the error. I've tried deleting all instances in Box; no success. I've tried populating the file in many Box folders; no success... I'm not even sure what the Error means since it is my jpg file created on my MacBook Air. Any suggestions? TIA!!! Bryan
