Hello!

 

I'm trying to install Box Drive to my new laptop, but it keep saying that the installation failed and that I have to connect with the software manufacturer. I never had this problem before, on any of my devices.zhx01HA26H561V49DA3749Q6NJH0K.png

 

I connected a repesentative via chat who gave me a support email. As it appears, this support email is not valid anymore and this is the only way to get help (???).
