I'm facing the issue that Box keeps dropping when it starts. I decided to re-install the App downloading the latest version from Box.com, but I cannot do it due to the attached error saying "You installed an older version of Box Drive on top of a newer version".

My Mac is Mac Pro (Late 2013), and its macOS is Monterey 12.5.

I need someone's help on this and really appreciated!

    Can you clean uninstall Box Drive from your Mac computer and make sure to follow this article: Uninstalling Box Drive

    Afterwards, restart your device, and then install Box Drive again following the steps in this article: Installing Box Drive
