I am getting this message from my Finder installation. I can see at one point my files were synced.. May 2025. When I go to finder it takes me to Box login, I provide credentials, then this appears...

Install Finder but won't sync

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist!
In order to access your Box contents through your Finder you must install the Box Drive’s latest version.
If Box Drive is installed and yet you are still prompted to this error,
- Make sure you’re logging in using the correct Box credentials that has access to those Box folders.
- Manually reset your Box Drive application.
- Launch your browser, login and check if the folders are accessible through the Box Web-App.
