In order to avoid uploading files not to be shared with others, I’m looking for how to set a confirmation screen or comments to double checking what I’m going to share before file upload.

Box does not currently offer a configurable confirmation dialog or prompt before uploading. Files can be uploaded directly without an intermediate review step.
If your concern is accidental sharing, one practical workaround is to use a private “staging” folder in your account. You can upload files there first, review them, and then move them into the shared folder once you’re confident they’re ready. While this adds an extra step, it’s the simplest and most reliable safeguard available.
