We are looking for a cloud storage solution that allows us to set up external links for future clients. These links will be embedded within our survey (currently using Typeform + Zapier), which clients are required to complete. The link should enable clients to upload files or images related to the survey installation. Ideally, each upload should automatically create a unique folder for each client. It would be helpful if these folders were named after the property name and configured to ensure that each client’s folder is separate and inaccessible to others. Afterward, my team will transfer these files into SharePoint for further use. One very important point is that the upload link should remain the same for every client.

I have the following questions:

  1. Can this be achieved in a user-friendly manner for clients using Box?

  2. Is there an automation solution for uploading files from Box directly into SharePoint?
