Hi,


My box account shows inaccurate usage of space even though I've tried deleting everything in my box account.


I read that as one time courtesy a script is executed to fix this. Can you please review and help me with this?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
