good day. I am getting an error uploading a 450mb, while I have a 10 gb upload limit. What am I missing?

It appears that you have a free personal account and this type of plan have a 10GB storage and the upload limit is only 250 MB.

To confirm the file size limit for your account:

  1. Log into Box.
  2. Click your account icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the menu that displays.
  4. Scroll down to the Account details and review your Max file size listed.
