Hello - I recently upgraded to Personal Pro and I have about 30 folders. Upon typing the exact syntax of the folder name, it yielded no results. Can anyone shed light on this issue with indexing? Prior to making my upgrade from Free to Pro, I had zero issues. This is creating a huge workflow issue for me. An example is below where a folder named "Ariella" cannot be found when typing in "Ariell" in the search bar. Major issue. Any help would be appreciated.
