Is there a way to increase the number of characters that can be used in custom URLs?
The current max is 30 characters, which isn't always sufficient.
We are highly focused on accessibility, with a new state law going into effect on July 1, 2024. We don't abbreviate certain words in our URLs because 1) sometimes there are no sufficient abbreviations, and 2) spelling out the major words in the file name gives adequate context to all users.

Note that the custom ending to the link must be between twelve and thirty characters, and can use letters, numbers, and hyphens. Sorry for the limitation but as of this writing we can't extend it.
For the meantime, you can submit this as a feature request through pulse.box.com. Our product team reviews all submissions and will consider whether to include feedback in their product roadmap.
