Incorrect used storage display

I deleted all the data 2 days ago, but the used storage size is incorrect and it says 35.9GB is being used.
35.9 GB/50.0 GB

When will the results be reflected?

Hello! I am also coming across this issue and it is messing my file organization.

Box.com is reporting that I am using 6GB or my total storage but there are currently no files in my Box.com account.

What can I do to fix this?

i am having the same issue. BOX.com is showing 29.7 GB used after deleting everything

Used storage size is 17gb ,even with box empty!!!!
