Box is not permitting to store new files and showing incorrect storage usage. I know my storage usage is far less than the limit; however, according to Box it's full. 


Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

Same problem here. No folder and files are stored at the moment. Also my recycle bin is emtpy. But it displays complete full and I can't upload anything...
(I also waited some days to give the system some time)

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used. 


In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
