Incorrect storage used

Good morning. I understand the Support team can run a script to reset the storage used on my account.

Hi Scott,

Welcome to the Box Community! 
 
I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".

Ditto. I'm showing gigabytes used, when it's really megabytes. Please advise how to get this script run. Thank you.

I need this script ran! Do support monitor this thread and action on it? Or do I need to contact them another way?

Also need this script ran. Says my total used is 10GB when it's really only 2.5GB.
