The usage is being displayed in error and when I try to upload to my account I am cut off with an error message saying I have reached the limit. I am only using 652 MB of my 10GB allotment, this is useless to me if I cannot use the space and if it is being reported inaccurately.

I have run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
