I have zero files and my storage is empty but it shows 699MB used. Please reset the storage.

Is this not how we raise request to Support? I do not see a place where I can raise my issue. Support team please help me with my issue.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
