Incorrect storage usage

Dear Box Team, Please run the Skript and add the X Folder so I can check storage usage. I'm pretty sure my storage is 5 and not the maximum of 10gb... Thanks for applying your fix. Kindest regards

Hi, you have to open a ticket directly with BOX, only them can clear the wrong storage allocation. Good luck.

The storage usage is incorrect in my account and I cannot submit a support request. Other options?
