Incorrect storage shown

This has been like this for more than a week.I temporarily removed all files from folder, it still shows 2 files and 1.8GB used.

Hi ​@Asheesh,I understand that you have issue with data inconsitencies. Upon checking your storage used/total is2.2 GB of 10.0 GBPlease note that when you delete folders, the storage space may not immediately update because Box excludes Trash from storage calculations and updates aggregates within an hour or up to 24 hours for complex cases. In rare cases, it might take a few days to a week for the storage usage to reflect correctly.
