Hi there, please run the script to correct the storage usage for my account as described in this support article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect.


I reorganised some folders and deleted a lot of duplicates in order to free some space - despite of that I'm now even 12GB (!!!) over the limit.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
