Incorrect Storage Full Error

Hello - my colleague is receiving an error that her storage is full so she cannot upload documents. However, when I look at her usage, there seems to be plenty of storage available: xvm01HXVX5TPE4CHJR1KS5BQGR0J6.png

This is an urgent matter, as we are trying to share documents with a potential business partner ASAP. I don't see anywhere else to call/email so please respond as soon as you can. Thanks.
