Incorrect storage count

Hi.

I'm facing the problem explained in this article.

"Storage Used" never changed no matter how many files I uploaded.

I would like to reset storage count on my box account and learn how many storage used.

(I've found some similar posts in support forum but couldn't find clear solution)

Hi Shunsuke, 

Welcome to the Box Community!

I ran a script that will recount how much storage is being used in your account.

You should now see the correct storage size available if you go to your Account Settings > Account > Account Details> Storage (used/total).
