I have only 60GB of data , and your system is stopping me to upload new files, stating my Box is full.

I have the same problem! I’m only using 70Gb - and the Trash is completely cleaned - but the storage is still showing like my box is full - I’m on a Personal Pro plan for more than a year already, but this issue with incorrect storage count is really bad and makes me wonder what are the alternatives.
