Incorrect Storage being used.

Hello. 

 I'm seeing incorrect storage being used on my box account, and need the magical script to be ran in order to fix it. I just deleted everything from my account so it should show 0 GB being used rather than 16.4GB.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

Going forward, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.

Can you run it again? I uploaded files into the drive, and it's now just showing 0GB being used.
