Attention Box Support, 

I need the you to run a script to correct the issue of Box reporting that the account I manage on behalf of a client does not have enough space. This happens a few times a year and I see your process for handling this issue has changed. I have no idea how to contact you to run the script. I used to simply email you and that would take care of it.
