Incorrect Size

Hi,

 

File count seems to be ok but folder size is overestimated. No more than 10 Mo stored but total box size estimated at 11.5 Gb. Could you update folder size to have the correct value please ?

    I have successfully run the script on the account and that should correct the incorrect size.

    Hi,

     

    I'm sorry but it didn't work...

    "used storage" in admin console (account & billing) indicates 10 GB and storage graph indicates 11.4GB. But when I check the subdirectories of the box, I count only few files < 1 Mo each. Do you have another idea to solve this ?
