Every time I save a file it says I have exceeded storage but we have unlimited storage. How do I fix this?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
It shows you've reached your storage allocation. Your current plan has unlimited storage but your Box Administrator can still limit your account storage.
Please contact your Box Admin to increase your storage. Doing so will fix your upload error.
