incorrect free space

I deleted all my files to free up space, because it said I was using 13,7 Gb of my 10 Gb account. But it doesn't seem to work and now i cannot restore the files in my bin. Please help !

It also seemed you already opened a ticket for this issue with our support team and they've resolved it after resetting your storage count.
