Incorrect display of space in use

Files uploaded to Box are displayed as using 13.5G of space even though they do not exist.

Is there any way to improve the display of space in use?

    Hi there, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    I have run the script to correct your storage counts. You can go ahead and check box.com/login> Account Settings> Used storage to see that changes have been made.
