Incomplete restore of folder in trash

I am trying to recover a master folder as the back up copy is missing subfolders and files of jobs our company is working on. Somehow our masterfolder was put in the trash yesterday. After restoring it (also yesterday) several subfolders and files were missing. Can anyone please help.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist! 

 

When exactly did you restore the folder? And please indicate its total size. 

When restoring a deleted folder, it’s ETA may vary according to the size of your folder. The larger the content, the longer time it’ll take to restore them fully. 

 

They will gradually return back to their location prior to deletion. If you didn’t notice any increase in files in the next 24-hours please let us know.

We restored the folder March 17th around 17:30 hours CET+1. It’s size is 42Gb. Up until now only 25.7Gb has been restored.
