Box in browser does not accept credentials and requests to reset password. The windows and android apps function normally but any attempt to sign in via a browser is unsuccessful. I reuse the same password to reset. This is annoying.

- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue please proceed to the next step.
- Try different browser such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome or use incognito mode.
- Try disabling plugins/ extensions from your browser.
