I keep getting an inactivity timeout error in the middle of an upload or when the upload reaches 100%.

If I keep repeating the upload, maybe the 3rd or 4th time it will sucessfully complete.  Any ideas what

could be the issue?  The upload speed is approximately 5-10 MB/s.
