In case of re-hire, As admin I want tor force reset of a managed user password

I am the admin.

I do not have (or want) access to the user's email.

I need to force a change to the user password to lock them out (but they could be rehired), which is why I don't want to delete the account.

I could change the email, but it is a different domain, and appears to be blocked.

What can I do?
