Impact of Locale Change

Salesforce is changing its locale format from JDK to ICU in the Spring'24. Does this affect the use of Box for Salesforce?
What, if anything, needs to be done to accommodate the change?
For example, do I need to upgrade to the latest version, change settings, etc.?
