I'm getting an account suspension notice.
It seems that my subordinate has made a mistake.
It looks like the account will be closed at the end of the month.
However, it is not possible to prepare other storage by the end of the month.
I'm thinking of requesting to lift the suspension of my account or postpone the suspension.
I would like to set up a place for discussion.
I'm trying to get in touch with the support team somehow, but I haven't heard back.
I have already asked the chat support team to get back to me, but they have not responded.
What can you come up with in this situation?
