Complete files that are saved in folder folder , while accessing it throws and error saying file has been moved , renamed or deleted ..

But as per my verification its totally related to connectivity from my office network to Box cloud , once after complete system restart , the files are able to access .

It’s been six days, and I still haven’t received any resolution or updates from this community.


Hi, can someone clarify whether this platform is actually meant for addressing user queries properly or just sitting around watching open tickets pile up?
