I'm using Box Sign to handle signature requests and need signers to upload extra documents, like ID photos, with their signatures. I've checked the interface but can't find a way to ask for these extra attachments.
Can anyone show me how to set up a signature request in Box Sign that requires signers to upload an ID photo or other documents? I'm looking for any settings or steps I might have missed.

It shows that the attachment field on Box Sign is currently available on Enteprise and Enterprise Plus accounts.

The image I uploaded does not show the attachment field on Box Sign.
