I have a box.com account that has saved data for work but haven't logged in for a long time. That account is (email redacted). Recently I would like to re-login to back up data on it but the system said password expired and I did as instructed. Next I check my email to reset the password, but I don't see that email even in spam or checking in webmail. Please help me. I sincerely thank you.
