I want to reduce the license

If you wish to reduce the number of your current purchased seats (licenses) from your subscription, kindly have your Box administrator submit a request to cancel@box.com.

Please include the total number of seats you would like to continue purchasing in your email. We have a minimum purchase of 3 seats per account.

Somehow I ended up with an account that costs $151.86 per month and there are only two users and I am the only one who uses it with any regularity so how do I get the account back down to about $20 a month, which is what is was I think

I think that I have the wrong account type, can I fix that?
