There are about 3,000 PDF documents in the folder uploaded on the BOX. I want to open the target PDF document on the BOX by clicking the "link" of the "list table" created by Excel on the desktop for each PDF document. I can copy the shared link from each PDF document and paste it into Excel, but is it possible to "export the shared link to CSV or something at once"? I'm working alone and I'm wondering if there's a good way to do it without time, but it's quite difficult. Thank you.

Hi there,

Welcome to the Box Community!

Have you tried connecting with your Box admin about running a report for Shared links within your organization?

Admins have the ability to generate a Report of all shared links within your Box instance. You could then pare down this list to only the shared links you need.

More information on "Running Reports" can be found in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696534-Running-Reports#sharedlinksreps

Best,

Can we modify this report generator to run it only on a single folder?  We have the Enterprise edition, and we have an overwhelming amout of data on Box.  Exporting a report for every single file we store is wasteful and time consuming.  Why clog down your server process time with such a hugh job when it can be paired down to just the folder you need?
