I've deleted files but my storage still says full. I've deleted the trash but that didn't help. Please advise.

I have the same issue, it said it could take several hours and it's been almost a day


I'm on day two as well.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

After my initial post, Box customer service reached out and resolved the issue. But unfortunately, I am having the same issue once again.
