I upgraded my plan to the Business account and now numerous folders are empty or missing. How can i get this fixed ASAP since numerous people rely on this information and are actively looking for it?

Glad to hear that this concern has been resolved! Just a quick reminder that your Box contents will be inaccessible during your upgrade, it’s part of your transition from your old Box plan to the new one that you signed up for.
