I received an invitation to work together on some plans, but when I click the link it takes me to a page that says "Oops we cant find what you are looking for"

I received an invitation to work together on some plans, but when I click the link it takes me to a page that says "Oops we cant find what you are looking for" In the email the file seems to exist and my client has tried sharing a couple of times.

    Are you logged into Box using the same email address that your client used when adding you as a collaborator?
